Dede S. Unger

Firm Administrator

Dede S. Unger has held the position of Firm Administrator since the inception of the firm. She handles the day-to-day operations of the firm, as well as the management of the staff. Dede believes it is important that clients know that they can contact her at any time during their representation by the firm with any questions or concerns they may have. Dede brought to the firm a vast knowledge of the local legal community, having served as the Director of both Membership and Special Events at the Nassau County Bar Association. During her tenure at the Bar Association, she was able to hone her management skills, while also continuing to advance her understanding of client relations and interactions with vendors. While employed by the Bar Association for nearly eighteen years, Dede was integral in the origination of many notable projects and programs. Dede has owned and managed several businesses including a chain of retail stores and a small independent construction business. It was here that she developed her understanding of employee dynamics, human resources and finance. The groundwork for her business acumen was laid at one of the nation’s most esteemed institutions, New York University’s Stern School of Business, from where she graduated with a dual major in management and marketing. Dede is active in the local chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, serving as their elected Secretary; is a member of the Molloy College Legal and Paralegal Studies Advisory Board; and was recently re-elected to the Board of We Care, Nassau County Bar Association’s charitable arm. She is a lifelong resident of Long Island.
