The Barket Epstein team of Danielle Muscatello, Alexander Klein, Martin Tankleff, and others, continues to fight New York's effort to dismiss a lawsuit representing men in Sing Sing Correctional Facility who allege they were brutally beaten by guards.
Ms. Muscatello identified this issue, and working with the team, interviewed prisoners and investigated over many months, which culminated in filing a lawsuit in January.
