The 10th Annual Man v. Machine Seminar was a tremendous success. We had close to 200 lawyers spend the day studying “The Anatomy of a Breath Test Case,”highlighted by a lecture on Metrology by Ted Vosk.
I thank NYSACDL and the Legal Aid Society for producing this event with me and my firm, Barket, Epstein, Kearon, Aldea & LoTurco, LLP, for donating the proceeds to fund 65 NYSACDL membership scholarships for first year attorneys with financial hardships.
A special note of gratitude to the late Dennis Murphy who was a champion for teaching lawyers and helped me start this program 10 years ago.
