Donna Aldea and Alexander Klein Win Article 78 Appeal Against University in Title IX Case
Our client, a Stony Brook University student with a bright future, had his life upended and job prospects destroyed when he was unfairly accused of sexual misconduct for engaging in consensual sexual relations with another student after both had been drinking. Suspended from school, with his academic record tarnished, he turned to us for help.
