Partner Steven Epstein, who also serves as the New York State Association Criminal Defense Lawyers First Vice President and CLE Chair, recently presented "Cross Examination and the Chapter Method" for a two-day seminar on trial skills held in Buffalo, New York. This unique program taught trial skills on day one, and on day two, attendees watched the finals of the statewide mock trial tournament and had an opportunity to watch and listen as the jury deliberated.
