DWI Institute Graduates New Scholars

The second class of Scholars has graduated from the Steven Epstein DWI Institute.

Each graduate completed more than 100 hours of training in both DWI and trial skills. The highlights of the year included an actual three day SFST class; the same one attended by police officers, lectures from experts on breath and blood testing, and a mock trial of a DWI case.

Many of these lawyers will advance to the second year of the Institute in September when they will join in the defense of an actual vehicular homicide case that we expect to go to trial in the upcoming academic year.
