Donna Aldea, head of Appellate and Post Conviction Litigation at Barket Epstein, is scheduled to argue before the New York State Court of Appeals early in the new year. The case, which has received widespread publicity, involves an Albany man wrongfully convicted of an Albany rape in 2012.
