After a decade as a Nassau County Court Judge and acting justice of the New York State Supreme Court, Hon. David J. Ayres has joined Barket Epstein Kearon Aldea & LoTurco, LLP, a Garden City, NY based law firm concentrating in criminal defense and civil litigation, as managing partner.Judge Ayres began his career as a trial attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney’s office and then spent six years as principal law clerk to a County Court Judge before becoming the youngest person, at age 37, to be elected to a countywide judgeship.
