Mistrial Declared After Upstate Jury Unable to Agree on a Unanimous Verdict in Cal Harris Trial

In a case that has received widespread national attention, Cal Harris, an upstate New York businessman and father of four, was charged with the murder of his wife, Michele, who disappeared on September 11, 2001. After thirteen weeks of testimony, and twelve days of deliberations, the jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict.
